Returns Policy

Please ensure your rental carrier is returned to us by the due date. if you need the time to be extended, please contact us in plenty of time so we can check if an extension is possible. Some carriers we have very limited numbers of and another family may be waiting patiently for your rental period to end. 

Shipping

We can ship to anywhere in New Zealand. Shipping will be calculated automatically for you however we reserve the right to contact you if shipping is more expensive than expected. 

Please allow about up to 10 days to receive your rental carrier.
